Programming
ArtMedia has proudly certified programmers for control systems such as Crestron, AMX, and Extron. We have certified Java programmers offering enterprise level custom applications and servers. We also provide support, for show controls such as Medialon and Alcorn McBride. We provide DSP configuration and audio balancing for Polycom, Clearone, Rane, QSC, BSS and Biamp line of products.
Commissioning
We provide 3rd party AV system commissioning,using AV9000 Certification standards. Providing printed reports and making recommendations to help prolong the stability and performance.
Servicing
Have a system on the fritz and have no idea whats going on, or how to get in touch with the original installer?, or have no system drawings and need someone to figure it out while bringing your system back up and running. We take pride in the fact that we don't walk away unless you have the resolution you need.
preventative maintenance
We provide long term maintenance contracts. Providing quarterly visits to perform system health checks while being on call and available when you need it the most.
